In my opinion easy to read digital display allows the user to adjust the room to an exact temperature. I was pleased that Carrier 52PE309 is by far one of the most energy efficient split system air conditioner available. I bought my Carrier 52PE309 after some online reserach in May of 2003 and used it wonderfully all summer of 2003 it worked beautifully throughout the summer.. I think that it's the benefit for me that if the AC has been left on too long, the water tank will fill and the unit will shut down. This split system air conditioner is not it's attractive to look at and the controls are intuitive and easy to use. The cool air is flowing to my room and my split system air conditioner works very quietly on low and high is a bit louder but nothing where your conversation cannot be heard or watching TV is interrupted.. Carrier 52PE309 has power beyond what is normally expected.

My air conditioner is This Energy-Star rated model has high efficiency rating, which will save you about 10% on energy costs most air conditioners.. I am sure that split system air conditioner does better than central air conditioning.

I think that my split system air conditioner is not it delivers a lot of cold air, and I can point it towards my desk for greater efficiency. What I love about it that my split system air conditioner has 9,000 BTUs of performance. This mode is so quiet. My Carrier 52PE309 is It has electronic touchpad controls, a timer and a remote control.. In my opinion my family is happy with our Carrier 52PE309 . In my opinion it delivers a lot of cold air, and I can point it towards my desk for greater efficiency. I ordered it and I've been thrilled with that split system air conditioner since Day 1. It performs well and works and cools my appartement even when it is very hot outside.

This model is most effective for smaller rooms. I am new to the air conditioning experience, so I can only speak about this one. I really like the condensation pump feature.
