Fedders A7D18E2A has solved our problem. I think that it's attractive to look at and the controls are intuitive and easy to use. My Fedders A7D18E2A is This Window Air Conditioner is very quet, which may be important for light sleepers..

This model is most effective for smaller rooms. Over all I am extremely pleased with this air conditioner so far. You can't hear the compressor turning on or off. Some minor drawbacks I found in connection with an otherwise convincing portable A/C.

I ordered it in May of 2003 and used it wonderfully all summer of 2003 it worked beautifully throughout the summer.. It is Iit is rated to cool medium and large rooms.. This mode is one of the most efficient on the market. The Window Air Conditioner operates well and blows a lot of air.
