Review rating The thru-wall window air conditioner operates very quietly on low and high is a bit louder but nothing where your conversation cannot be heard or watching TV is interrupted.. This mode is ideal for a family room or large master suite. All my friends agree it's attractive to look at and the controls are intuitive and easy to use. I am glad that it is not Friedrich XStar XQ08J10 the most comfortable and the most quiet one. I want to say lower costs, better cooling and fewer hassles. Review rating Iit is rated to cool medium and large rooms. It is eEasy to move, once out of the box. The unit does cool the loft to comfortable levels to 80F. Another nice feature is the dual hose. My family agrees my family is happy with our Friedrich XStar XQ08J10 . Friedrich XStar XQ08J10 has a unique shape allowing it to be installed in various window types. I compared thru-wall window air conditioner prices and bought my for all the wrong reasons, and the only reason I still have it, is that it's already paid off.
