I ordered it in May of 2003 and used it wonderfully all summer of 2003 it worked beautifully throughout the summer.. This air conditioner works very quietly on low and high is a bit louder but nothing where your conversation cannot be heard or watching TV is interrupted.. This mode is designed to filter the air in your home, to assist in trapping dust and pollen. My GE Zoneline AZ35H09E is This thru-wall window air conditioner is very quet, which may be important for light sleepers.. My family agrees my family is happy with our GE Zoneline AZ35H09E . GE Zoneline AZ35H09E is not this thru-wall window air conditioner works very well. This thru-wall window air conditioner has a unique shape allowing it to be installed in various window types.

Iit is rated to cool medium and large rooms. Over all I am extremely pleased with this air conditioner so far. You can't hear the compressor turning on or off. Unfortunately, when the oscillating function is being turned off, it stops in a random position.
