Soleus MAC-12K portable air conditioner reviews
Review rating What I love about it that my portable air conditioner has a 4-row evaporator that increases its latent cooling. Soleus MAC-12K works very well. The unit had started without protest and the air was actually cold.. I ordered it and I've been thrilled with that portable air conditioner since Day 1. It is This Energy-Star rated model has high efficiency rating, which will save you about 10% on energy costs most air conditioners.. I was pleased that Soleus MAC-12K is energy saving, quiet and convenient to operate. I think that my portable air conditioner is not designed to be installed in an opening of 325mm high and 490mm wide. The bottom line is my Soleus MAC-12K makes the life much better. My mom thinks that it's attractive to look at and the controls are intuitive and easy to use. Bill Simpson
Review rating I ordered it in May of 2003 and used it wonderfully all summer of 2003 it worked beautifully throughout the summer.. I want to say has 3 fan speeds (high/med/low) and cools the room well.. This model is not easy to read digital display allows the user to adjust the room to an exact temperature. I was pleased that Soleus MAC-12K is so quiet. It performs well and works very quietly on low and high is a bit louder but nothing where your conversation cannot be heard or watching TV is interrupted.. This portable air conditioner has the net effect, while its compressor is running, of providing 695 W = 2372 Btu hour to the room in which it is used. I think that it's attractive to look at and the controls are intuitive and easy to use.
